Licensed Addiction Counselor
My name is Randie Abbas, and I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor at MWI Health. I earned my Bachelors and Masters degree in Addiction Counseling and Prevention from the University of South Dakota and hold certifications in Native American Wellbriety.
I specialize in substance abuse and dependence, working primarily with adolescents, teens, and adults. My approach to care is integrative, and I often use collaborative interventions to support my clients.
I chose this profession because I have a drive to help and support others, and I find it most rewarding to watch people grow and achieve their goals.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, swimming, and spending time with friends and family. I believe these activities help me stay balanced and energized to support my clients.
