MWI Health has clinics in Sioux Falls (two locations), Rapid City, and Yankton, South Dakota; Fargo, North Dakota; and West Des Moines, Iowa. We also offer secure telehealth across South Dakota, North Dakota, and Iowa.
Most people start with the clinic closest to home or work. Each location offers psychiatry, therapy, and medication management, and our team can help you find the soonest available appointment at the clinic that fits your schedule. If travel is difficult, secure telehealth is available across all three states.
You can still receive care through secure telehealth. Many visits, including therapy and medication management follow-ups, can be done from home anywhere in South Dakota, North Dakota, or Iowa.

Specialized treatments such as TMS therapy, Spravato (esketamine), and our intensive outpatient program are offered at select locations.
