ADHD is diagnosed through a clinical evaluation of your history, symptoms, and how they affect daily life, sometimes using standardized rating scales. There is no single test, so our providers take the time to get it right.
Yes. ADHD often continues into adulthood, and many adults are diagnosed for the first time later in life. We evaluate and treat ADHD in both teens and adults.
Treatment is tailored to you and may include medication management, skills coaching, therapy, or a combination, adjusted over time based on how you respond.
For many people, ADHD medication improves focus and follow-through when it is well matched and monitored. It is one option among several and is not required for everyone. Our providers manage it carefully and adjust as needed.
