Meet Our Team

My name is Buffy, and I am an Administrative Assistant at MWI Health in Fargo. I have several years of working in various Healthcare and Insurance (Medicaid, Medicare and private companies). In my last role, I was working in all departments and a variety of clinic locations, as a Patient Service Specialist and Registrar. 

I specialize in offering an excellent patient experience with patients in clinic and on the phone. My approach to care is to treat each and every patient, as an individual with dignity and respect. We don’t know our patients’ stories, why they are calling or being seen in clinic . No two patients are alike and should be treated, as such.

I chose this profession because I truly love helping people and bringing a positive can-do attitude to each and every day to work.  I find it most rewarding when a patient comes in with a smile and remembers that they got the best services MWI Health has to offer.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, children and Grandchildren. In the summer, you can usually find me at our Lake place, in the kitchen cooking for my family and friends, or just curled up with a good book and I believe these activities help me stay balanced and energized to support my clients.
