MWI Health offers licensed intensive outpatient programs for substance abuse and addiction recovery in South Dakota. Our accredited treatment facilities provide flexible, effective outpatient rehab that allows you to receive quality care while maintaining your daily responsibilities.

At MWI Health, we specialize in treating a wide range of mental health conditions with a comprehensive approach. Our services include diagnosis and treatment for ADD & ADHD, Anxiety Treatment, Depression Treatment (including advanced options like Spravato and TMS Therapy for treatment-resistant cases), and specialized care for Opioid Addiction using Suboxone and Naltrexone. We also offer general Psychotherapy and expert services in Forensic Psychiatry. Our goal is to provide personalized and effective care for your unique needs.

MWI Health is in-network with many major insurance providers, including Sanford, Avera, BCBS, Medicaid, Medicare. To confirm if your specific plan is covered and to understand your benefits, please do not hesitate to contact us. We also offer affordable self-pay rates and can discuss payment options to ensure access to care, regardless of your insurance situation.

MWI Health utilizes a secure patient portal for your convenience. Through the patient portal, you can securely access your medical records, view test results, manage prescriptions, and communicate directly with your healthcare team. Information on how to register for and access the patient portal will be provided during your initial visit, or you can find instructions on our website. For urgent matters between appointments, please call our office directly.

  • Your insurance card and a valid photo ID.

  • A list of any current medications you are taking (including dosage and frequency).

  • Information about any past psychiatric medications you’ve tried and their effects.

  • Relevant medical records from previous mental health providers, if available.

  • A list of any questions or concerns you have about your mental health.

  • Any recent lab results or medical evaluations that might be relevant to your mental health. Arriving a few minutes early will allow you to complete any necessary intake forms.
