Chad Cooper

CSW-PIP, QHMP

My name is Chad Cooper, and I help Veterans and individuals with their mental health concerns. I was born in a small town named Riverton, Wyoming.  I currently work as a provider at MWI Health Care. I provide services to Veterans with their VA claims, individuals for therapy and do some compensation and restoration as well.  I enjoy assisting my client with their needs and helping their situation in the way I can.

I have always wanted to work with Veterans, and I have been working as a mental health provider for nearly 10 years now.  My goal is to continue to provide quality services in order to help Veterans and individuals alike with their unique situations from a mental health standpoint.

I am a disabled Veteran myself and have served my country in the U.S. Army from 2003-2008 and during that time I learned a lot about myself as well as my fellow soldiers and mental health from lived experience as well as witnessing what things are like in the world, including other countries.  The experiences I have had in the service enhance my abilities as a provider by giving me unique insights and intuition that is not able to be taught in academic settings.

I am always continuing to better myself professionally and personally.   I like to run, spend time with family and even play video games on my time off.  I have a wide range of interests, and they change over time.
